Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

whatsmysbti.com ("What's My SBTI", "the site", "we", "us") is an entertainment website that offers an absurd parody personality test inspired by the viral Chinese SBTI meme. We are a small independent project. We are not a licensed mental health service, a psychology firm, a hiring tool, or any kind of diagnostic platform.

2. What we collect

We intentionally collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Your test answers stay in your browser. We do not upload them, store them on our servers, or send them anywhere. When you finish the test, your 15-dimension score is computed locally in your browser and used to show your result. If you close the tab, your answers are gone from our perspective.

• We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (how many people visit, which pages they see, which country they are in, what device they use). GA4 sets its own cookies and uses its own identifiers. We do not see or keep your personal information through GA4 — only anonymous aggregates.

• We do not ask for your email, phone number, name, or account. There is no login. There is no newsletter signup (yet).

• If you choose to make a purchase in the future (e.g. our planned Deep Report), your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider and we only receive an anonymous order reference. We do not see your card number.

3. Cookies

Our site uses:

• First-party localStorage to remember your test progress, so you can refresh without losing where you were. This lives only in your browser.

• Google Analytics cookies (set by Google) to measure visits.

• In the future, Google AdSense cookies may be set to personalise ads. You will be able to opt out via browser settings or via Google’s ad settings.

4. Third parties

The only third parties that see any of your traffic are Google Analytics (anonymous aggregate measurement) and Cloudflare (hosting and network security). Both have their own privacy policies — give those a read if you care about the fine print.

5. Your rights

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or any other region with a data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. In practice: we hold almost no personal data about you, because our test is anonymous and runs in your browser. If you want to exercise these rights regarding analytics data, we can help remove you from our analytics view on request.

6. Children

This site is intended for adults and older teens who understand self-deprecating internet humour. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has interacted with our site, please contact us and we will help.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted on the home page.
